A 36-year-old female Starbucks drinker enjoyed the experience of selecting a Starbucks cappuccino drink from a machine that uses a robotic arm at the National Automatic Merchandising Association Gratitude Tour in New York City. Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Automatic Merchandiser, the woman said the robotic arm was a welcome change from having products dropped from a vending machine.
