Credit Card Skimmer Found On ETSU Vending Machine

A credit/debit card skimmer was found on a vending machine at East Tennessee State University reports Johnson City Press. The device, which is used to duplicate credit and debit card account information, is believed to have been in use for up to a week before being discovered. The device was turned over to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
