Custom Data Solutions, Inc. Names Three Vice Presidents And Hires IT Director

Sterling Heights, MI December 15, 2015 - Custom Data Solutions (CDSI) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has promoted three individuals to the position of Vice President. David J. Gioia from Chief Information Officer to Vice President – Operations, Tanya E. Hanzel to Vice President – Human Resources and Administration, and Brian R. Harris to Vice President – Controller. Additionally, the Company recently hired Charles R. Matvchuck as Director of Information Technology.

David Gioia has been with Custom Data Solutions for more than two years and will be responsible for the daily operation of the Company’s client business. Mr. Gioia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 30 years of experience in information technology, project and program management, and is well versed in process reengineering. Prior to joining Custom Data Solutions, Mr. Gioia held leadership roles at the PulteGroup, SelectCare and Gage Marketing.

Tanya Hanzel joined the Company over 13 years ago and has held several Administrative positions within the Company. Ms. Hanzel is responsible for the Company’s human resource strategy and functions, including benefits programs, as well as the overall administration of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Hanzel worked for Chrysler Corporation in various administrative positions performing many of the same duties. Ms. Hanzel also serves as Secretary to the Board. 

Brian Harris joined the Company over 7 years ago with a wealth of financial experience in both the public and the private business sectors. In addition to his responsibilities for the overall financial operation of the Company, Mr. Harris reviews and directs all Company processes for internal control compliance. Mr. Harris is a CPA and previously worked in public accounting with the firm of Nolin, Oesch, Sieting and Macksoud, PC.

Charles R. Matvchuk joined Custom Data Solutions as Director of Information Technologies, filling the IT position recently vacated by David Gioia. Charles has spent the past 18 years in IT management, development and implementation prior to joining the Company. Charles is part of the Leadership Team focused on the long term planning and direction of IT initiatives.
