Drexel University, located in Philadelphia, PA, has installed a vending machine that dispenses iPads, according to the Drexel News Blog. In collaboration with the Free Library of Philadelphia, Drexel University has introduced an iPad vending machine on the university campus. The vending machine kiosk has the ability to dispense a dozen iPads for university students and residents of Philadelphia’s Mantua and Powelton Village neighborhoods. The iPads will be available for use in four-hour increments, with all personal data removed from the device once returned to the kiosk slot.
