(the “Company”) (Nasdaq: TWNK) today announced the closing of a public offering of 12 million shares of its Class A common stock, at $14.00 per share, by C. Dean Metropoulos, the Company’s Chairman, and entities controlled by him. The Company did not issue shares in the offering and did not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders in this offering.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
