Frozen Meal Supplier Bellisio Foods Sells For $1.08 Billion

Thailand food company Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) has acquired Minneapolis, MN-based Bellisio Foods for $1.08 billion, according to an article in The Star Tribune. Bellisio claims to be the nation’s third largest manufacturer and distributor of single-serve frozen entrees and CPF will make it its U.S. Flagship.
