Lawsuit Against General Mills Yoplait Greek Dismissed

A U.S. District Judge dismissed a lawsuit which claimed General Mill's Yoplait Greek didn't comply with Greek yogurt standards, according to the Star Tribune. The judge ruled the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) would be best able to judge the yogurt. Full article.
