Nestlé introduces Rallies Nut Butter Bombs to break afternoon slumps

Oct. 25, 2021

New from the world's largest food company are Nestlé Rallies Nut Butter Bombs, a chilled snack boasting bold flavors, creamy nut butters and premium chocolate. Nestlé is positioning its "bombs" as "the perfect pick-me-up to rally out of a slump."

Nestlé Rallies Nut Butter Bombs are made with real peanut, almond and cashew nut butters, making them treats that satisfy sweet cravings with less added sugar than the leading chocolate nut butter indulgences, according to the manufacturer.

With no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives, Nestlé Rallies Nut Butter Bombs are chilled to maintain freshness and flavor. They are rolling out in Brownie Almond Butter and Salted Cashew Butter flavors; a Raspberry Peanut Butter variety will be added to the line in early 2022:

"Between family, work and the stress of their daily lives, consumers are struggling to find opportunities and ways to prioritize themselves throughout the day," said Michael Darman, innovation manager at Nestlé USA. "Seventy-four percent of consumers say 'treating oneself' is the main driver of comfort snacking to combat slumps in their busy lifestyles. Eventually, we all need a 'pick me up."

Nestlé Rallies Nut Butter Bombs are displayed in retail coolers. One package contains three individual bite-sized bombs. The suggested retail price is $2.49 per unit.
