Mondelēz Canada Expands Factory Production Line In Hamilton

CBC reports that Mondelēz Canada recently opened a $40 million, state-of-the-art production line at its factory in Hamilton, Ontario. With this expansion, Mondelēz Canada added 50 new jobs to the team of 350. Employees will receive additional training to use new manufacturing technology. Mondelēz, which has produced candy in the area since the 1960s, is now able to produce approximately 11 million candies a day.
