Previously set for Sep 28 and 29 in Atlantic City, NJ, the product exhibition is moving to Jan. 26 and 27. It will take place at Atlantic City’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.
Along with an expected 200 supplier booths, Vistar will host a reception and put on several informative seminars during the two-day event. More than 1,000 visitors, among them about 320 operators, are forecast to attend.

Mini BLAST pivots to virtual format: Sep. 28-30
In related news, the board of directors of the National Federation of the Blind voted to cancel its in-person Mini BLAST conference, which was going to held beside Vistar’s Northeast Show in New Jersey from Sep. 28 to 30.
“This would have been our first in-person meeting in almost two years,” said blind vendor Nicky Gacos, who is president of the National Association of Blind Merchants, an NFB division. “However, health and safety concerns left Vistar and NABM no choice.”
Instead, NABM will bring its training programs to the Randolph-Sheppard community in a Mini BLAST virtual edition on those same dates. Starting Tuesday, Sep. 28, NABM will be offering three consecutive days of training. Each session will be 90-minutes long and will begin at 3 p.m. ET.
