PIM Brands taps Coke veteran Norman Ross to lead government affairs team

PIM Brands Inc., formerly Promotion In Motion, appointed Norman Ross vice president of government affairs. Based in Washington, DC, Ross will lead the confections company's legislative and public affairs efforts, as well as corporate communications.
Additionally, Ross will work with trade associations with which PIM Brands is connected, including the National Confectioners Association, National Automatic Merchandising Association, National Association of Convenience Stores and National Association of Concessionaires, among others.
Prior to joining PIM, Ross was vice president of public affairs and communications for Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Co. in Lenexa, KS. He worked in the Coca-Cola system for more than 19 years, including a public affairs stint at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. Ross also led federal and regional government affairs for MGM Resorts International.
