Aramark Provides Dinners For Its Furloughed Employees From James Madison University

July 1, 2020

Aramark, which had provided dining service to James Madison University before the COVID-19 pandemic prompted the university to close, has been serving its furloughed employees a chicken dinner once a week since April to support them, WHSV reports.

“They provide this wonderful service for our students everyday and we just felt it really important to give back to those folks and do whatever we could," food service director at the university Joey Farrell said in the article. "Being dining services, food is what we know, so it was kind of a no-brainer to do this for our folks."
