Pflugerville, TX based Accent Food Services has acquired the assets of L&L Delivery in Warrenton, Virginia. This acquisition marks the 14th acquisition of this year for Accent Food Services and the second add-on for the Company’s Mid-Atlantic Division.
L&L, which has been family-owned for over 32 years will be combined with Accent’s recent acquisition of Merrifield Vending to form the Company’s base of operations in Northern Virginia. Lester Lauber, the former owner of L&L, will continue in his role and help Accent fuel growth in the region. “L&L provides us with the scale and additional talent to continue our growth in the Northern Virginia market.
