NAMA has debuted the results of its recent route driver and client study in a new report now available in the NAMA online store. 

Conducted in partnership with Michigan State University and supported by the NAMA Foundation, this research is the first of its kind to examine both route driver and client perceptions of service quality in the convenience services industry.  

This report is designed to serve as a starting point for conversations that will lead to improved service quality for clients, and ultimately, for end consumers.
