A California man has been arrested on suspicion of vandalizing a vending machine in Ukiah, California, causing an estimated $3,000 in damage, reports The Press-Democrat. Jeffrey Ashline, 48, was allegedly found in front of the vending machine when deputies arrived. The machine’s locking mechanism was damaged and a crowbar and small portable torch was found nearby.
