News Source: Phoenix Ends Vending Machine Fight Over Blind Entrepreneurs

Blind vending machine operators will have a chance to provide vending service in Phoenix, AZ, city and government locations now that the city has reached a mutually acceptable agreement with the state agency that advocates for blind entrepreneurs, according to AZ Central. Earlier this winter the city and Arizona Department of Economic Security signed a contract allowing blind vending operators to manage drink and snack machines at dozens of locations throughout the city; a deal that has been years in the making, the source reports.
