BALTIMORE, MD, January 20, 2015 - Black Tie Services, the largest independent refreshment service provider in the Baltimore/Washington Metro areas has announced the acquisition of Jades Vending of Rockville, MD.
In a statement, Scott Meskin, President of Black Tie Services said,"This key acquisition of Jades gives Black Tie Services more concentration in the Washington DC Metro area along with acquiring a 42 year old vending company with a great team of employees and excellent customer base." Black Tie will seamlessly integrate most of the 2700 machines to telemetry and cashless.
This is the 4th acquisition for Black Tie over a 3-year period, the last being Paramount Vending of Jessup, MD in November of 2014. Black Tie Services now operates a total of 7000 machines primarily in the Baltimore/Washington area.
Black Tie Services serves four states including MD, VA, PA, WV and Washington DC. Black Tie Services is also a member of US Connect, the nation’s largest integrated vending network.
