NAMA Announces Free Education Session At The 2014 OneShow

March 27, 2014

NAMA invites OneShow attendees to attend a free, energetic education session at next month’s OneShow. The session, titled Not UR Daddy’s Vending: The Evolution of Today’s Convenient Refreshment Company, will help attendees discover the new breakroom renovations for the future and revolutionize convenient refreshment services in the workplace.

The session will be held on Tuesday, April 8, from 1:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will be moderated by Vic Pemberton and Jenny Hendrix. The Pemberton family owns and operates The Pepi Co.

“If you are struggling with the next steps toward competing in today's changing market, if you’re new to the industry, interested in getting into this industry or just want to separate yourself from the competition, this session is for you,” Pemberton said in a prepared statement. “This can’t-miss free session is comprehensive, interactive, challenging and innovative. And for all you tweeters out there, we are prepared to answer your tweets during a live twitter feed.”

“OneShow attendees will want to come and hear Vic and Jenny share their secrets to transform traditional ways into new insight and inspire a change,” said Joann DeNardis, NAMA’s director of education/certification. “This session will provide the latest innovations for all service types and introduce the custom-convenient-refreshment mentality.”

DeNardis said attendees will learn ways to improve the experience of their customers, both internal and external, through net promoter scores and key performance indicators. They’ll also learn about simple reporting methods and using social media and brand awareness that lead to increased profits, she said.
