Robert Donohue, owner of Diverse Food Systems in Sacramento, Calif., took interest in the micro markets on display during the National Automatic Merchandising Association OneShow in Las Vegas. Interviewed by Emily Refermat, managing editor of Automatic Merchandiser, Donohue said there are a lot of issues to understand about micro markets, and he was able to find some answers during the OneShow.
