Coffee, vending and micro market expertise wanted: NAMA seeks speakers for 2025 show
Aug. 21, 2024
The National Automatic Merchandising Association is accepting presentation proposals focused on convenience services — including coffee services, vending, micro markets, kiosks, pantry services and self-service solutions — for the next NAMA Show. Taking place May 7-9 in Las Vegas, the 2025 show allows speakers and attendees to connect in an engaging environment.
Learning sessions at Show have seen impressive growth, according to NAMA, with the 2024 event experiencing a 32% increase in total session attendance compared to the previous show. In 2024, operators attended more than 60 learning sessions on topics ranging from category management, consumer dining macro trends, successful technology implementation and operator-client dynamics.
Kim Lenz of Associated Services, a panelist on a session exploring how attendees can use their convenience services expertise to help their clients have a better experience, shared her thoughts on participating as a speaker at NAMA. “It’s really a great way to connect with other industry leaders and share ideas and best practices. Putting together the presentation is often a great exercise in learning more about your own business and opportunities for growth.”
NAMA seeks presentations that focus on relevant topics for modern convenience services operators. The suggested topics are building leadership pathways, mastering multi-channel convenience services, the AI revolution in convenience services, building profitable vending operations, client relationship mastery, and tech-driven efficiency in food service logistics. Visit the NAMA site to see a list of recommended topics and themes.
The proposal deadline is November 14. All submissions will be reviewed, and selected speakers will be contacted by the end of January 2025.
