National Automatic Merchandising Association Outlines Activities For Coffee, Tea and Water Event In New Orleans, La., Nov. 13 To 15, 2012

July 20, 2012

The National Automatic Merchandising Association’s (NAMA) fifth blockbuster Coffee, Tea and Water (CT&W) 2012 will feature more than 150 tabletop suppliers, network receptions, 15 interactive and dynamic education sessions along with two keynote speakers, noted Roger Stewart, CCS, NCE5, the NAMA director for coffee and water services. CT&W, the single largest education and networking event for coffee, tea and water service operators nationwide, will be held at the New Orleans Hyatt Regency Tuesday to Thursday, Nov. 13 to 15, 2012.

“The choice of New Orleans, a city rich in coffee history and the second largest port of entry for green coffee is a perfect one,” said Stewart in a prepared statement. “Also, New Orleans boasts some of the finest restaurants in the country. It’s the perfect spot to learn how to build your business and it’s a venue perfectly suited for casual business entertainment.”

Operators, suppliers, brokers, manufacturers, and distributors in the coffee, tea and water service industry will all benefit from this must-attend show.

Since the organization’s first coffee event in 2008, attendance has increased each year. In 2011, the show boasted a record 89 suppliers participating in the tabletop networking event, sharing their newest innovative equipment, software technology and products.

Added Stewart, “An added bonus this year is that the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA) trade show will be in the same location, so attendees can benefit from two tabletop events for one low registration fee.”

Nominations for the NAMA Coffee Legend 2012 are being accepted through July 30, 2012. Coffee Legend inductees, selected from a group of leaders with a minimum of 10 years of service to the coffee industry. “CT&W provides an excellent opportunity to renew friendships, network with colleagues, and check out the opportunities for growth and profitability in our industry. If you are a coffee, tea or water service provider, this is an absolutely essential event,” said Stewart.
