The National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) will present a seminar, “Identifying & Hiring Ideal Route Drivers,” from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday, April 27, 2012 during the OneShow in Las Vegas. The presentation will unveil the results of a national study revealing the key personality traits required of the ideal route driver. Win the Bigger Game, an organization that  provides performance systems and diagnostic tools to business leaders, has collected and analyzed more than 250 route driver profiles to identify the common traits of the highest quality people.

This session will reveal the results of that study and provide attendees with the insights necessary to hire for success.

Editor’s Insight: Any vending operator who needs a reason to attend next week’s OneShow need look no further than this seminar. Every operator knows that the route driver holds the key to his or her success. Every operator also knows that identifying and recruiting the right people for this job is critical to their company’s success.

This year’s OneShow promises to be one of the best annual vending conventions ever from a cost/benefit perspective for vending operators. 04-20-12 By Elliot Maras
