University Of Florida Students Give Canteen Vending 98 Percent Satisfaction Rate In Secret Survey
Students participating in the University of Florida’s ‘secret shoppers’ program have given Canteen Vending a 98 percent satisfaction rating, reports Alligator.org. Every semester students in the ‘secret shopper’ program go around to review one or more of the five business partner areas on campus, including the dining center, the book store, Pepsi Vending, Gator 1 Central and Canteen Vending.
According to Ray Martignetti, the district manager of Canteen Vending, the students buy products and later write up reviews about their experiences and give ratings based on customer service, cleanliness and quality of products. Once the reports are filed, the division gives the vendor the reports within 24 hours to fix any issues.
Canteen Vending went from a satisfaction rate of 80 in the beginning to 98 percent.
The university’s business services division began hiring students as secret shoppers in 2015.
