Maryland Parents Advocacy Group Lock Vending Machines In Public Schools

Starting in the 2013 to 2014 school year, a grassroots parent advocacy group will be locking vending machines in Montgomery County public schools, in Rockville, Md., until 30 minutes past the end of the school day, according to CBSDC. Machines with snacks that meet the school food nutrition requirements will not be locked. Full article
