CAVC Board Member Suzanne Russell Retires From Crane

Jan. 11, 2013

Crane Merchandising Systems announced that Suzanne Russell, senior area sales manager, has retired after more than 29 years with the company.

Russell first joined Crane in 1984 as a marketing representative serving customers across Pennsylvania.  The past 25 years of her employment, however, were focused on providing operators throughout California, Nevada and Oregon a superior level of customer service and sales support.  Russell was an active participant in the vending industry, and at her retirement served as a board member of the California Automatic Vendors Council (CAVC). Her contributions were most recently recognized when she was presented with the CAVC’s  2011 California Industry Supplier of the Year Award.

Upon her departure, Russell indicated that her retirement will allow her more time to spend with her husband Jerry and the rest of her family following the many years of extensive travel required of her position. Crane will recognize Russell’s accomplishments at a company event that she will attend during the 2013 NAMA OneShow to be held in Las Vegas, April 24 to 26, 2013.
