Next Generation Vending, LLC Acquires Zappia Vending Service, Newark, N.Y.

Next Generation Vending, LLC, based in Stoughton, Mass., has acquired certain assets of Zappia Vending Service, Inc., based in Newark, N.Y., effective Oct. 28, 2011, for an undisclosed sum. Zappia Vending Service, Inc. has a history of servicing customers throughout the greater Rochester, N.Y. area from its base in Newark, N.Y. Next Generation will be integrating the Zappia Vending business into its operations in upstate New York.

With over 8,500 customers, Next Generation delivers vending and office refreshment services to customers throughout the Northeast, including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, upstate New York and Northern Pennsylvania.
