Our Home has acquired ParmCrisps from Hain Celestial Group, adding another “better for you” snack to its portfolio. Our Home markets brands such as Popchips, You Need This, Good Health Positively Snackable, and Real Food From the Ground Up. The company says the ParmCrisps acquisition will augment its cheese crisp offerings following its purchase of Sonoma Creamery earlier in the year. Our Home will also acquire ParmCrisps’ production facility in York, Pa.
The high protein, low carb cheese crisps and snack mixes from ParmCrisps are an alternative to traditional bite-sized snacking, said Our Home in a release. ParmCrisps launched in 2017 and since gained a market-leading position and strong brand loyalty.
The company also recently inked an agreement to purchase Pop Secret popcorn from Campbell Soup Co.
