Piestro and Carbone Restaurant Group partner to expand pizza vending machines

Piestro announced that it will partner with Carbone Restaurant Group (CRG) to expand the footprint of Fast Fired, one of Canada’s fastest-growing pizza franchises. 

The partnership is valued at approximately $50 million. The company will actively market “Powered by Piestro” machines to franchisees, with the goal of growing its presence through up to 500 units deployed across Canada. 

The announcement comes just days after Piestro surpassed $1.4 million raised through its equity crowdfunding campaign on StartEngine. 

Piestro is collaborating with CRG to replicate Fast Fired recipes and ingredients to ensure the resulting pizzas are 100% authentic. 

Piestro markets a standalone, fully integrated cooking system and dispenser that automates pizza making.
