Today’s NAMA webcast addresses vaccine rollout for convenience services employees

The National Automatic Merchandising Association’s government affairs team will provide a comprehensive update on the newly announced Covid-19 vaccine rollout for convenience services employees today at 2 p.m. EST.

The webcast, the second in the association’s Winter Success Series, will focus on vaccine rollout resources, government assistance programs, and important federal and state legislative priorities. 

NAMA presenters include Mike Goscinski, senior director of external affairs; Wes Fisher, director of federal and state affairs:  Robert Jackson, manager of government affairs.

On Jan. 20, NAMA announced that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention had granted its request to include convenience services employees under Phase 1b of its COVID-19 Vaccination Program Interim Playbook for Jurisdiction Operations. The program provides guidance to states on how vaccines should be distributed.
