Single Cup Coffee (SCC) announced that it will be expanding the rollout of its Preferred Office Coffee Provider program across the US and Canada. “The competitive landscape has changed and OCS operators want to diversify their supply chain to increase profits and take back control,” comments SCC president Tim Cook. “Our Preferred program provides all of the resources our customers need to unshackle themselves and reignite excitement around single serve cups with their sales teams and customers.” The Preferred program is being offered to a limited number of leading OCS providers in each market. The benefits include ongoing volume rebates, a start-up kit including 48-count Sampler Packs, mugs, posters and other marketing tools along with a telemarketing-based lead generation program. Preferred providers also receive draft launch plans and communications templates.
