Becky Palazzola, co-owner of A Matter of Taste in North Ridge, Calif., found the seminar by Jeb Blount on “Managing the Prospect Pyramid” helpful during the National Automatic Merchandising Association CoffeeTea&Water event in Las Vegas. Interviewed by Elliot Maras, editor of Automatic Merchandiser, Palazzola said Blount conveyed the importance of constant prospecting, so much that she intends to change her current role to devote more time to sales.
