UK’s Coffetek unveils Vitro M5 with micro injection air for ‘perfect’ foam drinks

UK manufacturer Coffetek, a division of Spain’s Azkoyen, is expanding its Vitro series with the new Vitro M5 coffee machine, according to an announcement at the company’s website.
The new machine does not use a steam boiler but rather employs a patented micro-injection air technology that makes possible the consistent preparation of foam froth with fresh milk and even plant-based milks.
Coffetek said its latest generation of MIA technology allows the density and consistency of the foam to be programmed, as well as the hot or cold temperature, which allows operators to adjust drinks according to tastes in different countries and locations.
The Vitro M5 offers a complete selection of espressos and fresh milk drinks, from cappuccino to latte macchiato with a delicious and dense frothy layer.
