Grand Havana Inc. has announced its launch of GH Hospitality Group while finalizing its joint venture with Estefan's Kitchen Express. Steven Haas has been appointed president of GH Hospitality Group and Steve Polisar will become executive chairman, focusing on global licensing and business development.
