LOUISVILLE, Kentucky – The National Restaurant Association Show announced the recipients of the 2019 Kitchen Innovations Awards, honoring progressive equipment that increases efficiencies and productivity. The National Restaurant Association Show named Grindmaster’s PrecisionBrew Air-Heated Shuttle Brewers as an honoree for 2019.
Grindmaster’s new Shuttle Brewers step up coffee brewing with a new level of sophistication. An advanced touchscreen offers detailed settings for time, temperature, pulsing, and more to match roasters’ specs.
PrecisionBrew brewers also feature two patent-pending technologies: Java-tate and Encapsulair. Java-tate uses a magnetically driven agitator to prevent suspended solids from settling, while Encapsulair heats shuttles by recirculating hot air around the coffee, rather than using electric coils that cause hot spots and scorching. Together, these technologies ensure longer lasting, higher quality coffee for operators,” according to the announcement regarding the awards.
Each product honoree will be showcased in the interactive Kitchen Innovations Showroom at the 2019 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show, to be held May 18-21 in Chicago at McCormick Place.
Grindmaster-Cecilware will also be showcasing the PrecisionBrew Air-Heated Shuttle Brewers in Booth No. 4226 in the South Hall during the National Restaurant Association Show.
