Fast food giant McDonald's is planning to offer cold brew coffee to customers at 74 McDonald’s restaurants in the San Diego area as part of a menu test, according to a company announcement. The new McCafé Cold Brew Coffee can be ordered with guests’ choice of cream and sugar and can be customized with French vanilla, caramel or hazelnut flavors. For a bit of added sweetness, McDonald’s will also be testing a handcrafted McCafé Marble Cold Brew, which enhances the McCafé Cold Brew Coffee with sweet creamy syrup and swirls of light cream.
Editor's Insight: Cold Brew has been a steadily growing consumer favorite in convenience services industry as well, with no signs of stopping in growth.
