Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Inc. Settles Sexual Harassment Lawsuit For $65,000

Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Inc. has settled a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit for $65,000, according to Comunicaffe. The lawsuit, filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), charged Massimo Zanetti with allegedly discriminating against a temporary worker when it fired her for opposing abuse in a sexually hostile work environment. Massimo Zanetti must also provider training the to Suffolk, VA facility where the incident supposedly took place as well as post an employee notice.
