CTW 2016 To Offer Exclusive Networking Opportunities & Engaging Education Sessions

Aug. 5, 2016

The 2016 Coffee Tea & Water show (CTW), taking place November 8-10 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference Center in Nashville, TN, is poised to deliver exclusive networking opportunities and engaging education sessions, with a special full-day look at “The Workplace Café of Today,” Thursday, including an operator-led roundtable.

“This year we are taking CTW education to the next level, with Thursday’s sessions dedicated to the theme of “The Workplace Café of Today,” said Chip Potter, NAMA VP of Information Services. “Today’s consumers want their breakrooms to be a destination, bringing to life the feeling of a café or coffee house,” he continued.

“With this relevant lineup focused on the areas of menu, design, branding and trends, operators will be armed with the tools to create an exceptional workplace café. They will also have the chance to hear directly from industry colleagues on best practices in today’s competitive marketplace during the operator roundtable.  We encourage all attendees join us Thursday morning for this new and valuable segment of our CTW education,” he concluded.

In addition to “The Workplace Café of Today,” other high-quality education sessions will focus on small business management and industry trends including:

  • Small business administration, sales and management
  • Specialty equipment
  • Cold brew
  • Fair Trade/Organic
