The Wilbur Curtis Co., Inc. has announced this year’s recipient of The Curtis Cup Award is Eddison Esteban, director of product development and sales support. The announcement was made by Kevin Curtis, executive vice president of Wilbur Curtis.
The Curtis Cup Award has been a tradition within Curtis for the past four years. The honor is given annually to a member of the Curtis management team in recognition for passion, professionalism and leadership. Esteban was presented The Curtis Cup award along with a Tag Heuer watch in acknowledgement of his superior customer relationship management and custom product development.
“Eddison exemplifies collaborative leadership. He ensures that the overall goals and objectives are clearly defined so everyone understands them and is in alignment”, said Curtis in a prepared statement. “He inspires everyone around him by helping to uncover obstacles so that everyone can be successful.”
The Curtis Cup Award recipient is evaluated over a year and selected by the Curtis executive team. The award goes to the employee who most exemplifies Curtis’ core values of continuous improvement, operates at the highest level of business ethics, rewards team performance and exceeds customers’ expectations, according to the release.
