Study: Coffee May Help Improve Blood Flow

A recent study found that a cup of coffee improved small blood vessel function, according to the American Heart Association. The study focused on 27 adults and found that drinking a cup of caffeinated coffee improved blood flow in one finger. The participants had a 30 percent increase in blood flow over a 75-minute period compared to those who drank decaffeinated coffee. Full article.
