National Coffee Service & Vending (NCS&V) has appointed Tony Scarpino as their Western U.S. sales manager.

"His industry knowledge, coupled with his high level of energy and his history in building the K-Cup business with Gloria Jeans/Diedrich/Coffee People, will be a true asset as we expand our product offerings, and enter back into the compatible market with the RealCup.”
