Azkoyen’s Vitro X1 coffee machine wins 2021 European Product Design Award in catering category
Spain’s Azkoyen Group S.A. received top honors for best product in the catering category in the 2021 running of the European Product Design Awards program
Administered by the Farmani Group, self-described as the leading organization curating and promoting photography, design and architecture across the globe since 1985, a European Product Design Award recognizes a designer of a product that "improves our daily lives."
Azkoyen, a Spanish technology multinational that designs automated products and services, won an EPDA for its Vitro X1 coffee machine. The compact, stylish and contemporary brewer serves locations looking to offer high-quality refreshments and best customer experience in hotels, restaurants, offices and retail.
Navarre's Azkoyen creates solutions in the coffee and vending machine space, applying the best technology and design to the products it develops. The company said it dedicates 15% of its workforce to R&D, spread across its eight innovation centers around the world.
