Icebox Water In A Box

May 25, 2010

Icebox Water presents arctic spring water in an environmentally friendly package -- a box. The icebox water is available in three sizes, the icebox jr. which is the 1/2 liter, the icebox liter and the icebox 5 liter.

The packaging is made from pressed paper. Vegetable dye is used in printing. Using vegetable dye is safer for the work environment, (no VOC’s) easier for the recycling process, and better for air quality.

The biopolymer coating on the icebox is made from plants which give an aqueous cover so it can be put in ice without a problem with leaking or getting soggy. The cap is made from polyethylene - so no BPA’s, no health risks.

The carbon footprint of icebox 1/2 liter is 71% less than that of a comparably sized plastic bottle. This includes the manufacturing process and the shipping. It's 97% biodegradable, 100% recyclable, made from sustainable, and renewable materials and has no bottle deposit. For more information visit www.iceboxwater.com or email [email protected].
