Self-service kiosks, smart coolers and enhanced theft prevention technology from 365 Retail Markets

At the 2024 NAMA Show, Bob Tullio was joined by Ryan McWhirter, vice president of product strategy with 365 Retail Markets, to share insights about 365 Retail Markets’ new products. Among the product highlights was 365 Retail Markets’ MM6 mini self-service kiosk, which has been upgraded with a bill acceptor and can be mounted on a wall, counter or floor stand. Also on display was the PicoCooler Vision, a vertical, full-height smart cooler vending machine replacement for unattended grab-and-go retail. The PicoCooler Vision fits 1:1 in a vending machine bay and uses artificial intelligence and multiple cameras to track what the customer selects and charge the payment accordingly. Finally, McWhirter offered a technological preview of its MM6 Vision kiosk with advanced software and a loss prevention camera extension for enhanced loss prevention. It will be available later this year.
