Sodexo wins five-year renewal with Shell for global workplace services

Sodexo and Shell have agreed to a five-year contract renewal to continue workplace services at 41 Shell sites across 19 countries. The renewed agreement, effective November 1, 2025, covers corporate offices, refineries, offshore locations and camps, each with its own unique service demands.

Under the new deal, Sodexo will provide 6,000 meals per day through 21 restaurants to Shell employees using its Modern Recipe, Kitchen Works and Aspretto food and beverage brands. Workplace services will also include reception, concierge, maintenance, systems operations and event management.

Sodexo plans to extend its use of IT infrastructure and data tools — automating processes, processing data and offering real-time service and financial performance reports — to increase transparency, consistency, and efficiency in Shell’s workplace environments, the company said in a release.
