SB Software Ltd., a provider of vending and coffee management software solutions in the United Kingdom and Ireland, was acquired by self-service commerce technology provider Cantaloupe Inc.
Adding SB Software’s Vendmanager and Coffeemanager systems to Cantaloupe’s existing technologies will allow Cantaloupe to create a “comprehensive suite of solutions that deliver a seamless user experience and enhanced operational efficiencies,” the company said in a release.
This integration will provide existing Cantaloupe customers direct access to vending and coffee management software that includes features such as real-time data analytics and integrated payments, and incorporate Cantaloupe’s card readers available today for European clients.

"This acquisition is poised to enhance Cantaloupe’s operational capabilities and market reach in Europe, including the expansion of micro markets and the standardization of Cantaloupe's payment processing solutions across SB Software's client base.”
SB software has 30,000 licensed subscribers, according to Cantaloupe Inc., and its software is used for their tailored vending and coffee management software, including mobile and warehouse integrated solutions that make servicing, routing, stocking, and back-office management.
