SUZOHAPP Appoints Jemphrey International As Coinco Service Centre For UK And Ireland

SUZOHAPP is pleased to report that it has appointed Jemphrey International as the Service Agent for all of its Coinco-branded products in the UK and Ireland.
“This is a natural progression of a long-standing business relationship,” explains Nick Norris, Vending Sales Manager, UK and Ireland, SUZOHAPP. “Jemphrey International has been working as a distributor for Coinco products for over twenty years. In-depth technical training on these products has now empowered the Jemphrey International team to be able to offer a full service package which further strengthens the position of Coinco products in the UK and Irish markets.”
This full service package covers all hardware and software needs, including full diagnostics of the Coinco payment systems, such as the Global 2, Guardian XL, GLX and Vantage bill validators, using only Coinco certified software. Furthermore, customers can rest assured that only genuine Coinco parts are used during any service process. For software updates, Jemphrey International can support customers in all ways, such as software updates and programming and configuration changes, including customer-driven bespoke set-ups and alterations.
Jemphrey International offers in-depth knowledge and experience of the vending and beverage markets in both the UK and Ireland. The company is also well known for its fast turn-around times, a key competency for service and repair centres.
