Televend, the leading European VMS, has announced the opening of Televend North America, the first US office led by vending entrepreneur and workplace food services enthusiast Jim Mitchell.
Before expanding to the US market, Televend dominated Europe for over 10 years, with over 500,000 connected vending machines across multiple automated retail niches, like OCS, professional coffee, and micro markets. Their innovative solutions are used by over 4,000 companies, including JDE, Shell, and Coca Cola Hellenic.
As the CEO of North America, Jim's goal is not just to familiarize US operators with Televend solutions, but also to learn from them, and use that knowledge to make Televend products even better. Jim will continue Televend's principles of innovation and excellence and deliver that passion and commitment to American customers.
