Nearly All Americans Would Be Loyal To A Brand They Viewed As Transparent
Sept. 12, 2016
According to a recent survey of over 2,000 consumers, 94 percent would be more loyal to brands that practice transparency, according to NBC News. More than half would be loyal to these brands for life.
Brand transparency involves more information about the products, including sourcing and preparation of the ingredients. The take away, says the source, is that if brands aren’t transparent, consumers feel that they have something to hide.
