Freeze-dried candy is emerging as one of 2025’s hottest food trends, with market projections climbing from $1.36 billion to nearly $2.4 billion by 2030.1 Much of the power behind these meteoric sales projections is due to social media hype. On TikTok, for instance, the hashtag #freezedriedcandy has amassed more than 4.7 billion views. Fans rave about freeze-dried candy’s satisfying crunch and intensified flavors as well as the freeze-drying process.

Jolly Rancher Freeze Dried combines the familiar fruity flavors many know and love with an airy, melt-in-your-mouth crunch.
