The clear, hand-wrapped packaging, new to the Pierre Signatures line, provides the combined benefits of conveying locally-made appeal while allowing the consumer to see the sandwiches’ fresh quality and size. Each chicken sandwich features a breaded chicken breast filet topped with cheese on a corn-dusted roll. The new Pierre Signatures sandwiches have a 14-day refrigerated, nine-month frozen shelf life and are designed to be sold from a refrigerated cold case. The sandwiches are packed 12 to a case.
